The Hud-Son Badger Wood Processor
It Skids, Saws & Splits All In One! standard features include 16 HP Briggs & Stratton Engine w/ V Twin electric start, 4-Way Wedge, 22 Gallon per minute hydraulic pump, 4”x24” Cylinder, 2” Ball Coupler. The Badger will cut 1 plus full cord of wood per hour and up to 16” diameter wood with a common 3/8 saw chain. Log cable fed with hydraulic winch. Unlimited log length can be fed. Blocks up to 24” long.
The Hud-Son Little Brute Wood Processor
The fully hydraulic Little Brute processor is anything but little, handling up to 18″ diameter logs. If you are looking for an affordable Firewood Processor that keeps up with the larger higher priced processors, the Little Brute is the processor you have been looking for. Having plenty of power with the ample 23 HP Briggs engine, the Little Brute can produce around 1+ full cord per hour. Fitted with multiple hydraulic pumps the Little Brute can multi-task some functions. From conveniently located controls the operator can load, feed log to desired length, cut-off and split with the 2 or 4 way wedge. Add the optional 2 strand live deck and increase your production even more.
The Hud-Son Brute D Wood Processor
For the more serious we offer the Brute-D complemented with a Caterpillar Diesel Power Plant. The Brute-D includes all of the Little Brute options as standard features. 2 strand hydraulic live deck and hydraulic 4-way wedge standard. With the increased engine and pump size the splitter cycle time is increased to an amazing 5.5 seconds. With power and speed the Brute-D will get the job done ahead of schedule.
The Hud-Son Beast Wood Processor
The Hud-Son Beast is the largest edition in our line of hydraulic firewood processors. It is the answer to the question, “How do I get the most production, for my dollar?” The Beast handles an amazing 26″ diameter log. The in-feed “Posi-Grab system” effectively handles most odd shaped logs, using its aggressive hour glass shaped roller wheels. This unique design has proven superior to the traditional single chain feeds of many other processors. The Beast comes standard equipped with a three strand 20′ Live Deck, 4-way adjustable wedge, 30 inch stroke, and powered by a 51 HP CAT diesel engine. Sit back and watch the amazing 5.2 second cycle time from the operator’s seat. The “Joy Stick” controls and control panel make “The Beast” remarkably easy and comfortable to operate. Available with 6 or 8 way wedges that can quickly be interchanged. “The Beast” is fully self contained and road towable. Easily living up to its name “The Beast” can produce rates of up to 3 to 5 full cord per hour. This is a professional machine that includes a paid training day.
